Welcome to the third edition of the heterogeneous catalysis conference, ChemCatCon CCC 3.0. The conference will be highlighting the recent advancements in Hydrogen generation, purification and storage. Hydrogen generation is crucial for transitioning to sustainable energy systems, as it serves as a clean fuel and energy carrier. Hydrogen purification involves removing impurities to enhance the quality of hydrogen for use in fuel cells and industrial applications. Storage of Hydrogen as liquid at cryogenic temperatures, or in solid forms like metal hydrides and in chemical forms as ammonia, formic acid are heavily being explored. This conference is an opportunity to foster collaboration, share insights, and advance the frontiers of catalysis research. The workshop session will allow the participants to explore the fundamentals of electrochemistry and learn how to analyze gaseous products generated during electrochemical processes.
